The events in our past happened.

There’s nothing that can be done to change that.

While we wouldn’t have necessarily chosen them all and some we wish we could erase, we don’t get that option.

However, we can change what we think about the past. 

Simply understanding that we have the option to change the way we think of the past can be LIFE ALTERING!

Learning to let go of the idea that the past is something that shouldn’t have happened, that we want to wish away or alter, can help us find FREEDOM.

What we think about the past isn’t necessarily true, especially if those thoughts aren’t helping us in any way. If we want to move forward and feel better, then changing those thoughts is ESSENTIAL.

We can change our minds about those past events and what we’ve made them mean about ourselves, others, and our lives. This change allows us to create a fulfilling and empowered FUTURE.
