I’ve been thinking about this for the last few days. I began thinking about empowered as a feeling, but as I looked at the definition, I realized that empowered is the way we take action! ⠀

The only way we take action is through the feelings we create for ourselves by the thoughts that we think!

Thoughts ➡️ Feelings ➡️ Actions ➡️ Results⠀

So, if the result I want is to live an empowered life, what is the feeling that I want to create in order to take empowered action? For me, it seems like feeling STRONG would be the choice! When I feel strong, I’m thinking about performing powerfully. ⠀

When I think “I have the ability to perform (emotionally, mentally and/or physically) whatever I do powerfully” I feel STRONG and when I feel STRONG, I want to take empowered action – – I think confident thoughts, I am decisive and I am willing to do what I need to without shying away from it. ⠀

The effect of this action?

I embody empowerment. I become stronger, more loving and more confident in myself and my life.
